1 mile warm up then striders x 4x 100, then tempo 8 min@6:25 pace, then 2 minutes easy, and repeat 3 times, then 1 mile easy home. Remember the tempo should be one you could keep for an hour, if you find yourself falling off pace, we can adjust time up to 6:35. I believe you will do fine at 6:25. Let me know if 6:25 was too easy also!
