Did long run a day early because of weather forecast and had to volunteer at Groundhog Marathon on Sunday. Proved to be an excellent choice as Sunday weather was really bad with snow and wind. Long run went very well, felt good and feel like I'm getting back into shape again after the sinus infection lay off.
