7 hours sleep. Ran one hour after breakfast. Easy run, beautiful morning, legs felt a tiny bit heavy, probably from Ridge Run effort. 6 strides after run at 30 sec each with one min rest/walk between. Did full stretch routine after run which felt good. Did not do routine for prior past two days.
