First 5K race of year at Kroc Center. Went with Tara, Dustin and Logan. Logan race in the race. Course mainly snow free except for one side street. Put some extra effort into last mile and manage 8:10 pace for fastest mile of race.Screwy age division left me out of top three. Would have placed third in a 60 - 65 group. Probably could have pushed a little harder during race for better time. Was hoping for under 25 but missed it by 35 seconds. Overall, pleased with result.
