7 hours sleep. Ran one hour after breakfast. Was supposed to do five easy, but ran extra loop up Ottawa without thinking when I left and ended up doing almost six. Suprised at how well I felt after doing the Fallasbury Park run last night. Left shin was just a tad sore this morning, but didn't bother me during the run. Wore compression sleeve on it. Was going to ice it when I got back, but forgot.
