6.5 hours of sleep. Ran before breakfast, had 1/2 mini-bagel with peanut butter before going out. Ran succesfully with heart monitor this time, using Daniel's 110 - 134 HR easy pace range. Run felt pretty good, but legs a little tired from yesterday I think. Knees had a slight ache in them, nothing serious at this point but pay attention to it. (Max heart rate of 167 is suspect, not sure what is going on there.)
