Good long run. Becky was no show on bike with fluids. Finally had some water at around 10 mile mark by Millenium Park (sheriff station house outside hose). Meet me later with some gatoraid. Fortunately it was not a hot day! Felt a little sick afterwards, but just minor discomfort for a few hours. Ran long run on Sunday due to volunteering all day Saturday at Millenium Tri.
