Notes

Ran one hour after breakfast. 7 hours sleep. First run since May 9th. Took week off after River Bank Run. Left shin still just a little sore. Left calf a little tight after run. Went to Health Motions for assesment in afternoon. They said mild case of shin splints and left calf muscle is not as developed as right side. Set up some PT appointments to see if I can get rid of this little nagging problem. Otherwise, run went very well, felt good and rested and did not feel like I have lost anything with the week off. Starting Daniels plan this week for the marathon in October (22 weeks out). No heart rate info cause of dead watch.
