Notes

Didn't have watch fully charged, so battery ran out at 12.5 miles. Was doing 9:45 pace until then, so guessed with elapsed time as to how far I went. Pretty sure I got in at least 20 miles, possibly over. Think I ran for about 3 hours and 30 min approx. Put in 3 hours and 15 min to equal the 9:45 pace I had been running, but probably slowed down some. Felt pretty good the last couple miles coming home. Know I could have done more. Question is, how much more before falling apart. I will find out on Oct 20!!!!! Well, I finished the most demanding week of training now and survived in decent shape. Gradual taper now till race day.
