ran 6 then stopped to join group. last 14 with Ernie & John. Felt good throughout run; better than 18 miler previous week. stopped to join running group after 6. felt good all run. Gus at mile 4, 8, and 12. stomach a little upset so skipped Gu at mile 16. drank about 20 oz of scratch (full strength) during run.
