2 mile warm up then 6 x 2 min @ 6:10 to 5:40 pace with 2 min recovery. 2.5 mile cool down. felt OK. stomach cramps afterwards, not atypical following a speed workout but persisted into early morning. workout was late 7:30 pm) and had protein bar for dinner @ 6:00 pm. Maybe not a good idea.
