Notes

Intervals 6X800m with 400m recovery. Interval splits 3:01, 2:54, 2:54, 3:00, 2:57, 2:56. 2 mile warm up and 2 mile cool down.

First run in adidas shoes. Left ravennas in Bristow and none in stock in Greensboro. New shoes did not impact run. Left quad started to tighten up in interval #4, slowed up a little. Quad OK rest of workout.
