1.5 mile warm up/ 1 mile cool down. 4 sets of 800 and 400 with 400 recovery. intervals 2:52/1:23, 2:52/1:23, 2:52/1:26, 2:54/1:24. Was a little disappointed 400s weren't a little faster (I did really try to push the last one) but overall good effort. Kept recovery time <3min.
