The shins bothered me some on this run, but only in the first 2 miles. I really felt like I loosened up after mile 2.5, so I ran 5 miles instead of 4. I feel great after this run, mostly because it is the first run in a while that I have felt good for the majority of it. Of course, I was running to escape test anxiety, so it isn't surprising that I wanted to go further.
