With Dan, Brayden, Frank, and Beardsley. Stupidly ran an out and back on the Dump Rd which was sheer ice. Only good thing is that it prevented me from running hard at all. Everything felt MUCH better today. Not out of the woods completely but definitely feeling much better. Finished with Beardsley on the road instead of taking the icy path back.
