Mile repeats with the kids on the XC course. Different mile repeat workout than I've ever done, but it was fun nonetheless. Started at the top of the nasty second hill and finished on the football field...huge net downhill after putting in the work in the woods. Cold day (55 and windy) and the legs didn't exactly have a ton of pop after yesterday's long run, but I decided to do one and go from there. Actually go easier as things went along after we figured out what 5:40 on that course felt like. Ran 1 and 4 with Robert on my shoulder, 2 and 3 with Cooper alongside. Got after it a little bit on the last one with Robert tracking the rest of the team down. Feel fast, not sure the legs liked two hard days though.
