Headed over to Sargeant Drive instead of a double because I picked up a dinner shift. Realized my watch was dead so I ran without one for the first time I can remember. Definitely something different. Started my phone timer and went. Crazy HUMID. Was about 5 steps in and drenched with sweat. Ended up seeing Megan in the middle of her 16 miler and offered company but she declined. Ended up tracking her down afterwards by the Asticou and giving her some water. Gotta lock down on the diet again here. Can't remember humidity like that...
