With Tunney. Bit of a breeze made it chillier than it has been. Headed out away from the beach for a couple to add on some miles before hitting the usual route. Legs felt all the miles from earlier in the week despite taking the last two days off, but never felt like I was working today. Hammered the last half mile which is always fun to do, especially at Newbury Neck. Good stuff. Solid week.
