Notes
Wasn't feeling very creative so I did the same loop that Tunney and I ran yesterday. Roads were much clearer and despite running a little quicker than we did yesterday, I felt like I was running in quicksand. Temps were supposedly the same but I think the wind was harder today. Whatever, got it in.
*Was barely off of Anderson Road when I kicked the inside of my left ankle (which I do from time to time...poor form) pretty good. Figured it was cold making it seem worse than usual. Didn't notice till I got out of the shower that I had a sizable chunk of skin gone and my left shoe was all bloody (brand new shoes!). Nothing major, just a funny note.
