Haven't had a run like this in a while. Really had a hard time getting excited and was whiny about 3 steps in. Really humid at the far end of Schooner Head. Ended up running faster than I'd planned as I warmed up pretty quickly. Threw in some 55-5's at the end to prep the legs for tomorrow's workout.
