Notes
Random mish-mash of miles on the track roads and around the middle school warming up, watching, and cooling down after Dan, Louie, and Brayden tempoed (5:13/08/02/4:50). Didn't feel like tempoing at all so I just jogged around, though I did jump in for a 1/2 mile at one point. Tired and my left hamstring was bothering me again. Very unusual spot for me to be sore, but I'm hoping it isn't anything major. Good news is it only hurts when sitting, not running.
