Easy miles between subbing and work. Thought I might run into the guys somewhere, but instead saw the girls running down State St so I ran with them for a bit (hence the couple of slow miles) to a turnaround on Grant St, then back up Bridge Hill to home. Things felt a little better today. Decided to forego the music in favor of being able to run on both sides of the road and I think that helped a little bit.
