Tough workout. Started at the entrance to the woods and finished at the hairpin turn on the course to incorporate more hills. Ended up doing these pretty much alone and in third behind Dan and Brayden (absolutely CRUSHED this workout...never seen him run that fast...5:18 3rd repeat?!) Couldn't get myself to go out as hard as they were. Ok with the times given the workout a couple days ago and running in trainers, though. Chilly day but good for a workout.
