Notes
Plugged the headphones in and headed out for some easy miles. Started at the track, went down State St, up Main to American Ave, down the path, up to the water tower, down the rest of the path onto Shore Rd, up Fieldstone, then back to the track where I added on a couple miles with the kids. Ran into Eric on the Shore Rd and talked with him for a bit which was long overdue. Dude needs to get back running. Another mild day (though there's snow on the horizon for late tomorrow). Right side was tight the entire run so I'll hop back on the foam roller for a bit tonight. Maybe time for new Superfeet?
