Mike tossed out a number of routes for me before I settled on this one. Summer Ave wasn't nearly as tough as he made it out to be, but the downhill was fun so I pushed it pretty good down it. Did the same thing on the mile-long climb up the Mall Rd and the accompanying mile-long down. Figured it was good Cabot prep. Not a very structured fartlek but that's what they're supposed to be I think...
