Started from the Y around 4 and planned to run for an hour and then meet up with Warren for 6 more. Ran a really random route all over town...roads were surprisingly clear (path was not) so that was nice. Ended up with 9.5 alone then 6.1 with Warren because he was late. Not bad for a Tuesday. Nothing really exciting to report other than the hammy tightened up without about 2 to go but I think that may have been dehydration more than anything? Gonna keep an eye on it.
