Notes
The GPS added about .3 miles to my run and then lost a good signal half way through. I have modified the distance based on the map route function on the site. There was a fairly steady NW wind that hindered/assisted some of the splits. Since the weather was so good and my legs felt great after a day off, I decided to push the pace into tempo territory. I attempted to ease up the last 2 miles, but the wind still allowed relatively fast splits. I will take it easy tomorrow, but would like to go 9 miles to keep the miles up this week.
