Notes
Another nice day for running but I may have been slightly under dressed. There was more wind than yesterday and the overcast conditions made it feel colder with just 1 long sleeve layer and shorts. The run went well and I was able to check out more of 37th E since it was fully plowed. I started to get a bit sore during the last mile, but I have already logged 28 miles this week so this is expected. I'll take it very easy tomorrow.
