About me:
I'm married, have 3 girls who are all grown up and live on a lake in PA. I love doing things outside - running, camping, biking back and forth to work, and being at the ocean. I spend too much time on the computer and love technology. I have a dog named Abby, a chocolate lab that's a real handfull. I listen to rock and roll from the 60's to current but mostly stuff from the 70's and 80's. |
Why do I run:
I don't really know, it's like an obsession. I feel bad if I miss a day, I get grumpy and tense. The runners high is definitely something I would miss. |
Why I started running:
To get back to a healthy lifestyle, loose some wgt. and recapture those HS running days. |
