Notes
Different course. Felt really good, raced, attacked from start and finished strong. Tried to follow Chris and leaders at the start. Others around me slowed down a little after half, so I moved ahead and passed a few people and chased down another 45-49 lady in last 1/4 mile.
Well rested and relaxed going in - on vacation, took sleeping pill for 3 straight days. Toured Toronto with Emily Wednesday & Thursday. Ran 3 miles on Treadmill with 3 x 40 seconds on Wednesday. Thursday walked and biked a lot.
Mentally relaxed but confident.
Oatmeal - 8am, Smoothie -11am, Eggs & Avocado toast -2pm, Granola Bar and Crackers - 4:30pm
