Very cold morning but felt good overall. Oatmeal/banana for breakfast. Fairly relaxed. Ran 1st mile with Laura.
6:34, 6:23, 6:30. 2nd mile down hill and able to keep good pace, but slowed at start of 3rd mile had to pick it up for finish. Probably could have gone faster to get under 20:00 min, but no competition.
