Notes

1st Half Marathon post injury. Felt like I could average 7:30/mi pace. But started faster with Scott. Ran together through 8 miles. Then I slowed down.

Mile splits:

Mile 1 -5: 7:07-7:23

Mile 6-13: 7:30-7:45 with Mile 12 at 8:12 when I stopped to stretch calves.

Oatmeal breakfast. Took Gu before start and at Mile 7.5. Water and Gatorade throughout with heat.

Need to check out HotShots to help prevent calf cramps.
