Oatmeal, Banana, Coffee at 6:30am on bus ride
Water, Gatorade, Cinnamon chip roll, Granola bar during wait
Gu/Chomps just before start and every 5 miles - 5, 10, 15, 20
Warm at start 70+ degrees. Stopped at most water stations, every mile. Alternate water/gatorade.
(Try to stop at every other aid station, 2 miles, and focus on really taking in fluids).
Started to get calf cramps about mile 19. Ran easy, steady. Tried to take in more fluid.
