Pizza night before......try pasta next time.
WW english muffin with peanut butter at 6:30am
Started with 8:00 pacer. Went ahead after 1.5 - 2 miles. Stayed ahead of pacer until about mile 9. Maintained with pacer for couple of miles. Dropped behind about mile 11. Tried to maintain and hold on to the end. Tough last 3 miles.
