Solo run. Listening to music.

Focused on driving arms forward, keeping hips forward, leaning at the ankles / hips (not waist).

My efforts to try and drive my arms back created the exact opposite effect of what I wanted. Dumb mistake. Driving arms forward stretches the stride out the back. I get it now.
