2 mile warmup with rachel, then 5 x 4:00 @5k effort with 3:00 jog recovery. no watch. didn't feel particularly smooth, so i'm not sure if the pace was there, but i was working hard anyway. i walked a bit before the last one on account of bad guts. felt okay enough to do a couple strides to work on form during my cooldown.
