felt great from the first step today. fun weather might have had something to do with it. one of the rare days when i started out at probably about a 6:30 pace. then I turned onto nonantum and realized i had a huge tailwind, so picked it up for that stretch. slowed down over the last two miles since it was pretty dark on the path.
