run was just fine, some right knee pain, minor shin splint in left leg.
after run, while sitting at my desk, i had some pain in my right ankle. it's above the ankle, between the tibia and fibula. feels like it's the ligament; it hurts to touch but if i kind of push the ligament out of the way and touch the bone it doesn't hurt. i haven't twisted any ankles since sunday, so i don't know what it's problem is. maybe i just walked into something and forgot. i'll take the rest of the day off and see how it goes.
