Notes
first indoor track. wasn't planning to do much, after a short warmup i ran 1600 with rachel at 6:12, then 1600 with kate et al at 5:57, then jumped in for 1200 with jake at 3:56. The first two were nice and easy, the 1200 was hard but i didn't know until we were done how fast the pace was. right foot a little sore, but felt good otherwise.
