a couple miles to paul hammond's house, then 12 miles with a big crew, then a couple miles back home. The solo miles were around 7:30, the miles with the group were at a 6:49 pace. Pushed it a bit over the last hill up mass ave. Sore on hills from bike yesterday. Nice run though.
