26x1 relay. first time running a mile since 5th grade. tried to start out easy, came through 200 in 38, so maybe too easy. first two laps felt the worst, legs just kind of sluggish. when i finally told myself i could pick it up with 600 to go, I actually felt a lot better. went 75-75-75-73. really enjoyed the race, but still need some practice in pushing myself to race harder right now. i can attribute that to not doing any workouts...
