Progression with chris, jake, matt, and with rachel and bev for the first four. Started out around 7:20 and slowly picked it up to 6:30s. Chris took off a bit over the last 2 miles and I chased after him (unsuccessfully) - a little under 6:00 pace for the last 1.5 hilly miles. Then 1.5 cooldown. Felt just fine.
