Just a not very good race. As soon as we hit the first climb, I dropped from pulling to off the back in about 30 seconds, even though I knew the pace was slow. My legs just weren't there. I spent the entire race dropping off the back and then managing to chase back into the field over and over, until i finally came off for good around 45. Power numbers were way low, average was only 205 watts.
I think i needed a little more sleep/better nutrition last week. I'm going to take the next week mostly off to recover.
