speed leg. my legs were apparently not ready for the start, and i ended up at the back of the pack of 25 or so runners. through 200 in 29. second 200 i just kept moving along, and kind of forgot how short the race was. made a push in the last 200 and caught keefe. handoff was a chaotic mess. left some time on the table in this for sure.
