buzzards bay tri
feeling good for the swim, open ocean, choppy water today. about 1/3 of the way in i noticed a lot of people were walking faster than I was swimming. swam when i had space, but whenever I ran into too many people i'd just walk/dive for a few seconds. then there was a long walk to shore where it was shallow. helped me stay out of oxygen debt, and helped me stay in contact on the swim. but i think my swimming was decent too.
