dehydrated from the start of this. I knew hills were the wrong idea with my last few weeks, so I just figured i'd do whatever; I wasn't really ready to run hard yet. 1 mile warmup, 1 mile cooldown. Started the first time up with kate and then moved up to sean, felt comfortable enough. On the second one I was feeling tired already, so i decided it wasn't worth pushing and just took it easy. My stomach started to go bad there. Jogged/walked down and then did 10x10" hill sprints. Skipped riding home after. Stomach was pretty horrible for the rest of the night after until I could finally fall asleep. I assume dehydration didn't help it.
