warmup, 1 min all out effort (max HR 190), 15 min passive rest, 15 min at HR=160, 15 min at HR=130. I think my blood lactate peak was 13.something, after 10 minutes it was 6.something, and after 20 minutes it dropped to 2.2 or so. I have another one of these, so I'll check the numbers/verify with the second test.
