daylight! made this run extra nice. was planning to meet kath, but that ended up basically not happening. ran back and forth a while looking for her, but no success. ran some on the path, which was a bit icy. did 12x30 seconds hard with full recovery. hip was perfect until about mile 6, which is an improvement.
