practice mile, since i haven't done anything too hard in a very long time.

not great. doesn't bode well for being anywhere near 5:00 at the 26x1. Mile was 5:20, i think laps were 81, 80, 82, 77. Just didn't feel comfortable or strong or relaxed or good for any of it. 200s felt about the same, and couldn't do them with anywhere near the speed i used to have. hopefully the heat is at least partly to blame. i think i need to do some strides and hill sprints and stuff to get my form back before i start up with any real interval training.
