wedding stuff last night, so no time for anything.
6x5 intervals. warmup and cooldown with rachel.
wattages were 308, 304, 304, 310, 309, 304.
HR, since I haven't looked at my HR in a while, was 175, 177, 180, 180, 180, 179.
cadence, since it's interesting, was 100, 97, 90, 91, 85, 81.
There were a few turns which caused the average power to drop a bit. Happy with the consistency on this though. Legs were destroyed for the cooldown; rachel dropped me a few times.
